There was a pleasant nearby roaring stream, and it didn’t get too cold. Last night in town I had sat out on Main street in a Mexican restaurant stall and enjoyed beer, a margarita, and chips and guacamole. Afterwards I went to the packed bar at the New Sheridan Hotel, where I enjoyed two more beers. Telluride is a beautiful old town. It’s located at the end of a valley with towering walls that immediately rise up with a huge waterfall up against the cliffs in the distance.
